Sourced from the Kintamani Highlands of Central Bali, this coffee is meticulously cultivated by farmers organized through Subak Abian (SA), a traditional Balinese farmer collective. Grown at elevations of 1,200-1,600 MASL in nutrient-rich volcanic loam soil, it is hand-picked, wet-hulled, and sun-dried in two stages on raised beds, preserving its depth of flavor. The blend of Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varietals creates a balanced, full-bodied profile perfect for any adventure—on land or at sea.
